Naturopathic are trained in the art and science of natural health care at accredited medical colleges, and licensed by the state bureau of naturopathic medicine. Naturopathic are highly trained, knowledgeable and extremely effective in their work.

Naturopathic are acupuncture and clinical nutrition. Clinical nutrition is based on the thought that you are, almost literally, what you eat. In other words, whatever ailments a patient is suffering are directly related to what the patient is ingesting. The focus is on finding a connection between nutrients eaten and health, and adjusting the patient's diet.

According to what the body lacks or carries too much of, the nutritionist may suggest supplemental vitamins, enzymes, minerals, or specific food regimes to help reduce the sickness and/or maintain health.

Acupuncture uses small needles inserted in targeted areas of the body in order to realign, increase, or regulate the energy flow in the body's meridians, or essentially, life lines.

Naturopathic are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Naturopathic are aware that a person can have a physical, spiritual or emotional illness. The chosen therapy is determined by what kind of problem the person is experiencing. You can not be well or healthy if you have a spiritual or mental problem even if you appear perfectly fit. Naturopaths use various counseling, stress management and bio-feedback techniques for those experiencing emotional or spiritual problems.

Naturopathic are trained in flower essence therapy. Massage or body work has many benefits aside from pure relaxation, which in itself has a great therapeutic value. Massage will relieve muscle stiffness and soreness, improve circulation and lymphatic flow, and promote tissue repair after injury. Regular massage plays an important role in reducing stress and increasing general well-being.
